TIC TAC TOE

Thanks to the dedication and persistence of our valued client, Edwin Oostmeier, the development of Tic Tac Toe is finally moving forward! After careful planning and consideration, we are excited to announce that the project is officially entering the construction phase. While the journey took some time, we are pleased to share that a trusted contractor has been selected, and construction is set to begin in the third quarter of this year. THE HAGUE

The Binck City Project in The Hague is nearing completion, with final touches expected by March. This ambitious development, a collaboration between OZ Architects, Braaksma & Roos Architects, and VORM Holding, delivers 896 residential units, ranging from luxury apartments to student studios, all seamlessly integrated with a central parking facility for 232 vehicles.

At the heart of the project is a unique rooftop park, spanning across four interconnected blocks. More than just a green space, this nature-inclusive urban ecosystem enhances biodiversity while providing a dynamic, shared environment for residents.

With an impressive density of 9.1 FSI, Binck City stands as the most compact and efficient project we have ever undertaken. See more here>>>

VMX in Bagdad!

The H-Villa, named after the client, Hassan, is a luxurious 2,200 m² residence currently under construction on the north side of Baghdad. Construction commenced in September 2024, and the project is progressing steadily, with completion expected in early 2026.
